Illumino was founded in 2022 by Kulvir Gakhal, a filmmaker who kept seeing the same problem from both sides of the camera. Events that felt extraordinary in the room were coming back as ordinary footage, and the gap was rarely the camera. It was the chain between shooting and editing, where context gets lost when one crew films and another cuts.
So Illumino was built as one team, end to end. The people behind the camera at your event are the people who grade the colour, mix the sound and cut the film. Nothing gets lost between the shoot and the screen.
